AAAAArrrrgggh!!! Its an EARTHQUAKE!!!

Suddenly, I opened my eyes.....

Oh yes, I am not dreaming! The room REALLY is shaking!
And no, this is not something like the little small shakes I have experienced before. This is something new. Something powerful. Something that is making the whole bed shakes, the room shakes and ... AAAAAAAAAA im falling out of my bed!!!!

Ah oh! This is pretty serious! Didnt know what to do, didnt know where to go, didnt know how to act. Drink milk? no thats when im poisoned, not facing an earthquake! Close the windows? No thats the Tayphoon solution! What is the solution for the earthquakes!!!!!!

Before I could answer that, the room became stable again. Oh, thank god. Yes I remember now, in earthquakes, you cut the electricity, open the doors, and sit under a table or something. eh! Too late!

I took a deep breathe..
and....

and nothing! I went back to sleep! Its my vacation after all!!!!! :p

じしんのとき、じしんがなかったな~..

Did you remember alhusun by any chance?!

when it quakes you have to stand at a corner of the house because ceilings are strongly supported there. That's what I know, anyways.

In Japan buildings dance when there's an earthquake. I think I saw or read it somewhere that they invented a few to base of the building move with the quaking to ease the stress on it.

Once there was an "earthquake" in Amman, and I asked K-s (not the K-s we all know, there were two other K-s's before her) if she felt it, she said 'what earthquake?'.. so I figured, this doesn't qualify to Japanese people..

That's all.

Never Experienced one in my life, and if I did (which many people say I should have while I was in Jordan) I never felt it.
Many time, I was used to get up from my bed and hear my grandma telling me: How was the earthqake this morning? I would give her the dull question marks pop head and walk away... Its either my sleep is sooo deep or that earthquakes here in Amman really dont qualify to be called an earthquake (Although I am more biased to the first :p)
But I still believe though that earthquakes in Japan are on another level.
A real earthquake must be something...So take care, and ...Ilhamdellah 3ala issalaameh :)

wow! seems u felt it strongly! actually i did a bit. we were in a big conference room and we saw the things hanged down from the ceiling moving...and after it, alla la ywarjeek el calls from Jordan! (O_o) "are you ok? how was the earthquake..bla bla bla" lol
during this trip i experienced both the typhoon and a strong earthquake..whats the probability of both of them to happen in a period of 21 days! very low!:D
